基于预应力衰减的桁架锚索联合支护技术

The compound truss cable research based on prestress decreases theory

摘要: 为了研究大断面煤巷在桁架锚索作用下锚固区的受力情况,建立力学模型分析了预应力衰减对锚固区中性轴位置的影响,得出桁架锚索支护条件下顶板岩梁内中性轴的分布规律|同时,采用FLAC数值模拟软件对新元煤矿西三中间巷三种不同支护效果进行计算,得出桁架锚索支护具有明显优越性。结果表明,水平预应力F随着桁架锚索与锚索水平弯曲点距离x的增大而逐渐衰减。同时,与普通锚杆索支护相比,预应力桁架锚索联合支护的中性轴下移,引起拉应力区的范围减小,煤巷顶板下沉量和两帮移近量也相应的减小8%。

Abstract: In order to research the forces in anchorage zone of the large cross section coal roadway under the effect of compound truss cable, basing on the prestress theory and neutral axis theory ,the advantages about compound truss cable in Xinyuan colliery west roadway are analysised with the help of FLAC numerical simulation software. The results show that prestress F decreases when the distance between compound truss cable and anchorage point x increases. Compared with ordinary bolt, cable support, the neutral axis of support system with prestress compound truss cable support is moved down, the scope of the tension zone is reduced, and the displacement roof and floor measured by FLAC simulation is reduced about 8%.
